šInnovative Product Development: You will take a leadership role in developing personalization products and services within our consumer-facing products š Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with the product teams in our various businesses to find ways to use personalization to drive our KPIs higher š Quality and Efficiency: Create products and services that not only enhance the experience of our users, but do so in ways that are technologically and financially efficient š Technology Integration: Explore and integrate emerging technologies into our personalization platform, enhancing its capabilities and ensuring alignment with future industry trends
What You Will Need
š AI/ML Expertise: Highly knowledgeable and experienced in working with AI/ML teams to drive positive business outcomes through personalization. šYou know the difference between a multi-armed bandit model and collaborative filtering and are proud of it! š Deep knowledge of streaming applications: You live and breathe streaming applications and believe you know how to make our applications more exciting and tailored to our user base š Innovative Mindset: A passion for exploring new technologies and frameworks to improve product performance and elevate user experience š Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing ideas and solutions while valuing collective success.
