šŸ“Market Strategy & Planning šŸ“Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for Korean market to drive awareness, growth, and engagement. šŸ“Conduct market research and analyze competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for Nexusā€™ products. šŸ“Align regional strategy with Nexusā€™ global marketing objectives, ensuring impactful, consistent brand messaging. šŸ“Brand Development & Awareness šŸ“Position Nexus as a thought leader in Web3 and cryptography across Korea. šŸ“Localize brand messaging, website content, and marketing materials for Korean audiences. šŸ“Lead PR campaigns, event sponsorships, and community outreach to expand brand visibility. šŸ“Demand Generation & Campaign Management šŸ“Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. šŸ“Manage and optimize digital channels (social media, paid ads, email marketing, and SEO) specific to Korea. šŸ“Collaborate with product teams to launch and promote new features, campaigns, and services, including Nexusā€™ zkVM and Layer-1 network. šŸ“Partnerships & Community Engagement šŸ“Establish and manage relationships with key industry partners, thought leaders, and community stakeholders in Korea. šŸ“Lead engagement initiatives, including conferences, webinars, and local meetups, to build a strong Nexus community. šŸ“Partner with developer communities, educational institutions, and ecosystem partners to foster Nexus adoption and awareness. šŸ“Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration šŸ“Build and manage a high-performing marketing team for the Korean region. šŸ“Work closely with Nexusā€™ global marketing, product, and partnerships teams to align strategies, share insights, and leverage resources effectively.

Requirements

šŸ“Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on the Korean markets. Experience in Web3, blockchain, or technology is highly preferred. šŸ“Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Korea's digital landscape, consumer behavior, and marketing trends. šŸ“Proven track record in brand building, demand generation, and digital marketing, with expertise in social media, SEO, email, and paid channels. šŸ“Leadership: Strong experience managing teams and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams. šŸ“Language: Fluency in English is required.
