Responsibilities

📍Financial Operations 📍Ownership of financial operations and treasury management (cash & digital assets) 📍Manage bank and custody accounts, ensuring appropriate maintenance and signatory authority 📍Calculate and forecast burn, revenue, other income and runway and accurately present current and future cash and crypto positions in real-time 📍Work with Legal and the leadership team on transfer pricing and inter-company arrangements 📍Monitor and oversee the performance of outsourced services by outsourced service providers relating to the finance function 📍Reporting and Compliance 📍Streamline operations and ensure best practices and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with Legal 📍Regularly report on cash position, liquidity forecasts, and counterparty risks to leadership 📍Establish and track core metrics that are essential to the financial health of the company 📍Lead and monitor the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes 📍Lead the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting and accounting policies and procedures 📍Act as a primary senior point of contact within the company for internal and external financial and accounting queries 📍Strategic Planning and Forecasting 📍Lead strategic liquidity and financial planning, focusing on detailed cash and Polymer digital assets projections to support the company's growth and strategic objectives 📍Develop forecasting models to predict liquidity needs and plan for asset value fluctuations, bearing in mind market trends and company goals
