Job Summary

What You'll Do:

šŸ“Establish strategic direction and goals for hardware operations, including growth management, cost, quality, delivery, and fulfillment šŸ“Inventory Management: Forecast demand and manage inventory costs and availability šŸ“Own relationships with distribution and manufacturer partners to maintain supply chain (Shipmonk, OpenMesh, Meraki, Boomtown, UPS, Fedex) šŸ“Ensure and optimize timely, cost effective delivery of hardware to customer šŸ“Manage logistics lifecycle of hardware (Purchasing, Fulfillment, Shipment, Return, Reverse Logistics, etc.) šŸ“Manage network infrastructure lifecycle including commissioning, firmware, hardware upgrades and decommissioning šŸ“Architect wireless technical solutions to meet the customersā€™ business requirements šŸ“Project management of enterprise network and hardware integration design and implementation šŸ“Manage Professional Services vendor and process (installs, site surveys, integrations, etc) šŸ“Manage technical onboarding program, support, and experience šŸ“Ensure network and hardware customer service level agreements are met šŸ“Develop and lead technical enablement training and onboarding program (e.g. help center articles) šŸ“Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost related to functional areas šŸ“Maintain network and hardware operations documentation, including configuration data, change requests, installation procedures, diagrams, and test plans šŸ“Support Sales and Customer Success teams in pre/post sales lifecycle šŸ“You will support the work of our engineering teams in monitoring and troubleshooting network operations.

What You Have:

šŸ“Must be a forward thinker in bringing best practices to WiFi network implementations šŸ“A minimum of 5 yearsā€™ experience managing enterprise grade WiFi network operations šŸ“Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience šŸ“Advanced IT networking certification šŸ“Experience with industry leading WiFi network equipment: Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, OpenMesh, etc. šŸ“Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences šŸ“Must possess interpersonal, analytical, organizational skills and great attention to detail in planning and documentation šŸ“Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure, self-motivated and service-focused šŸ“Ability to travel 10% or more of the time
