Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šEstablish strategic direction and goals for hardware operations, including growth management, cost, quality, delivery, and fulfillment šInventory Management: Forecast demand and manage inventory costs and availability šOwn relationships with distribution and manufacturer partners to maintain supply chain (Shipmonk, OpenMesh, Meraki, Boomtown, UPS, Fedex) šEnsure and optimize timely, cost effective delivery of hardware to customer šManage logistics lifecycle of hardware (Purchasing, Fulfillment, Shipment, Return, Reverse Logistics, etc.) šManage network infrastructure lifecycle including commissioning, firmware, hardware upgrades and decommissioning šArchitect wireless technical solutions to meet the customersā business requirements šProject management of enterprise network and hardware integration design and implementation šManage Professional Services vendor and process (installs, site surveys, integrations, etc) šManage technical onboarding program, support, and experience šEnsure network and hardware customer service level agreements are met šDevelop and lead technical enablement training and onboarding program (e.g. help center articles) šIdentify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost related to functional areas šMaintain network and hardware operations documentation, including configuration data, change requests, installation procedures, diagrams, and test plans šSupport Sales and Customer Success teams in pre/post sales lifecycle šYou will support the work of our engineering teams in monitoring and troubleshooting network operations.
What You Have:
šMust be a forward thinker in bringing best practices to WiFi network implementations šA minimum of 5 yearsā experience managing enterprise grade WiFi network operations šBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience šAdvanced IT networking certification šExperience with industry leading WiFi network equipment: Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, OpenMesh, etc. šExcellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences šMust possess interpersonal, analytical, organizational skills and great attention to detail in planning and documentation šMust be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure, self-motivated and service-focused šAbility to travel 10% or more of the time
