What you will do:

📍Spend significant time with end users to understand their requirements, pain points, and the real user journey of Neros drones. 📍Provide technical support to end users, assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting drones and software. 📍Collaborate with local vendors to integrate hardware and software solutions. 📍Prepare and maintain user and technical documentation. 📍Run the certification process for Neros drones as the test pilot and coordinator, involve additional specialists as freelancers or staff. 📍new applications for Neros products by working with end users, vendors, and the internal team.

What you need:

📍Extensive knowledge of FPV drones, including piloting skills and practical experience with drone production and setup (Soldering, Betaflight). 📍Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields. 📍Knowledge of drone hardware and software. 📍Military background. 📍At least Upper-Intermediate level of English. 📍Native Ukrainian speaker located in Kyiv. 📍Ability to travel frequently within Ukraine. 📍High attention to details. 📍Experience working in unstructured environments. 📍Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
