Your Impact

📍Partner with senior leadership and marketing teams to define the event strategy aligned with company OKRs and branding 📍Develop and execute an event strategy and roadmap that ensures Chainink-owned and sponsored events, including our flagship conference, SmartCon, are impactful, well-attended and help achieve company OKRs 📍Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event managers, coordinators, and support staff to deliver high-quality events 📍Work cross-functionally with internal operation teams to review contracts and manage vendor performance to deliver the best value and quality of service for Chainlink Labs. Oversee and manage event spending 📍Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met and integrated into the company’s broader goals

Requirements

📍At least 8+ years of experience in event management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment (VC firm, fintech startup, consumer web2 brand, or similar). 📍Proven track record of managing complex events, including large-scale conferences, investor events, product launches, and brand experiences at sponsored events. 📍At least 3 years of experience managing large event budgets. 📍At least 3 years of experience leading and developing people, including setting development goals, providing feedback, and ensuring a high-bar event execution
