Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResearch & Analysis: šConduct in-depth research and analysis on blockchain protocols, cryptocurrencies, DeFi projects, NFTs, and other Web3 technologies. šMonitor key trends, macroeconomic factors, and developments in the digital assets space to identify emerging opportunities. šAnalyze tokenomics, on-chain data, and market metrics to generate actionable insights. šReport Creation & Standardization: šLeverage your Sell-Side Equity Research experience to design and implement a standardized approach to presenting external research reports. šCreate high-quality, structured reports that convey complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner. šEstablish templates, methodologies, and best practices for research output, ensuring consistency across the team. <there is also an angle in managing channel relationship and distribution for our research report, paid or non paid> šInternal Collaboration: šWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, and Product, to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decisions. šCollaborate with leadership to align research priorities with company goals and client needs. šThought Leadership: šProduce thought leadership content, such as white papers and market outlooks, to position the company project development and its valuation šStay ahead of industry developments to ensure our research remains innovative and relevant. šClient/Stakeholder Engagement (Optional): šPresent research findings to internal and external stakeholders, translating technical and financial insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
šRequirements / Skill Sets: šWeāre looking for candidates who bring a unique blend of traditional finance expertise and an interest in digital assets:
Experience:
š2-3 years of experience in Sell-Side Equity Research, preferably covering sectors like Technology, Financials, or other high-growth industries. šStrong track record in producing detailed, high-quality research reports with actionable insights.
Education:
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. šCFA or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
