Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

Job Summary

Your Responsibilities

šŸ“Design & implement scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from multiple sources (blockchain data, Google Analytics, CRM, internal databases). šŸ“Build & maintain a centralised data warehouse (BigQuery or similar) to unify structured and unstructured data. šŸ“Develop & optimise SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. šŸ“Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics, helping teams make data-driven decisions. šŸ“Ensure data accuracy & reliability by implementing validation and quality assurance processes. šŸ“Automate data processes and improve efficiency through scripting (Python, SQL). šŸ“Integrate Web3 analytics tools (e.g. Dune Analytics, Allium, Flipside, etc.) for blockchain data insights.

What You'll Need

šŸ“Strong SQL skills (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar). šŸ“Experience with ETL tools (e.g. Airbyte, Fivetran, or other or custom-built solutions). šŸ“Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. šŸ“Ability to work with a variety of APIs to extract and integrate data (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, blockchain indexers). šŸ“Understanding of blockchain data structures, and how to work with transaction data. šŸ“A pragmatic mindsetā€”you know when to build from scratch and when to use existing solutions. šŸ“Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Google Data Studio, Metabase). šŸ“Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
