Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Being able to provide product support and training to help create more product value for customers 📍Able to provide proactive problem resolutions 📍Develop healthy customer relationships 📍Evaluate and analyse customer need 📍Handle support tickets and provide online chat inquiries and email replies to services to customers. 📍Handle customer inquiries, complaints, advice, and suggestions via email and chat tools. 📍Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation. 📍Handle customer requests, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
📍Proactive Approach 📍Needs someone with a blockchain and crypto background. 📍Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. 📍Excellent customer service and communication skills. 📍Must have knowledge of HubSpot
