Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Executing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. 📍Perform the daily custody operations along with the other team members across Liminal. 📍Reconciliation of Virtual Assets on a periodic basis as per the defined procedures. 📍Ensure that all operational risks are escalated in accordance with laid down procedures to the Head of Operations. 📍Provide best in class customer support services to the Customers of Liminal. 📍Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary. 📍Ensure that all operational reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. 📍Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners, providing excellent customer service and support. 📍Ability to multi-task and take on responsibilities.
Requirements
📍Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. 📍3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services industry. 📍Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. 📍Experience with custody and security procedures for digital assets and/or traditional assets. 📍Prior experience working in an regulated entity is good to have. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail. 📍Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
