Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Driving growth of the B2B Crypto portfolio on a global level, especially in the field providing professional legal services šŸ“Acquisition of new business opportunities across the crypto sector by providing high-value offers in the field of legal advisory and other related services provided by Vacuum Group (consultations and guidance, software development) šŸ“Maintaining a very good relationship with potential and existing clients, driving cross and up-sell activities šŸ“Bring proactively important topics from the legal space and the Crypto community šŸ“Orchestrate our own Vacuum Group wide resources and competences to achieve key business goals šŸ“Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the offering structures, market strategy and objectives šŸ“Reporting updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals šŸ“Building strategic partnerships and relationships within the Vacuum Group to drive common growth of business

Requirements

šŸ“+3 years of experience in the Sales and Business Development field in a high growth start-up or scale-up, preferably a technological company which provides services or products on a global level. Or you were a founder of a crypto startup. šŸ“Blockchain Technology: An understanding of blockchain technology, its mechanics, and its applications within the financial and technology sector šŸ“Cryptocurrencies: Knowledge of various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other prominent altcoins. Familiarity with their unique features, use cases, and market trends. šŸ“Tokenization: Understanding of tokenization, token standards, and their role in enabling digital assets, security tokens, and decentralized applications šŸ“Basic understanding of fields like NFT, DeFi, Exchanges, Wallets, Security and Legal aspects of crypto business šŸ“Experience in managing stakeholders and relationships, you have a ā€œHunterā€ profile and natural ā€œhungerā€ for success šŸ“Eagerness to learn some new fields of business, develop and execute a high performance sales and business development within the Crypto space šŸ“You have a great network within the Crypto industry in the CEE region and globally, especially to stakeholders, founders or venture capitalists
