Job Summary
What you’ll do day-to-day:

Design endpoint (laptop and mobile) security controls for a diverse fleet (macOS, ChromeOS, Windows, in that order) across the entire workforce from full-time to outsourcing partners Create security policies and process improvements in concert with Corporate Engineering teams such as Enterprise Applications and Client Platform Engineering Perform security reviews on newly acquired workforce productivity applications, browser extensions, or SaaS platforms Service ownership of security misconfiguration assessment tools across multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructures Assist the Enterprise Identity teams with policy guidance to inform identity governance and workflows Help craft the overall security strategy for M&As from due diligence through post-close integration and scale proactive controls to new environments About you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of relevant industry experience (Corporate Security, Enterprise Security, Workforce Enablement, Enterprise Applications, SaaS Security, etc) Scripting experience (bash, Python, similar) or entry-level coding experience (GoLang). Bonus points:
Previous experience in a FinTech or high-growth organization
This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in Robinhood’s equity plan.
Base pay is determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Please note, some of our roles are open to additional levels which would impact the expected base pay.
