Job Summary
Scope:
📍Contact Non-profit organizations to ensure their volunteering activities that are displayed on the client platform are still up to date and have the right information listed in order to get potential volunteers to sign up for those activities. 📍The content moderator will contact orgs and either confirm everything is correct, update the information listed or archive information that is no longer relevant.
What are the required qualifications for a Content Moderator?
📍Must have high school diploma or equivalent 📍Must be 18 years of age or older 📍Previous experience in content moderation, preferably in a call center environment (1 year) 📍Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities 📍Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 📍Proficient in using computers and various software applications
