Responsibilities:

📍Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 📍Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. 📍Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters. 📍Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly. 📍Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed. 📍Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards. 📍Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes. 📍Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus. 📍Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in high-rise building projects. 📍Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively, with excellent organizational and communication skills. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 📍High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with specifications.
