What you will do…

📍Oversee all financial crimes technology applications that are used to support the Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs 📍Support new technology implementations and the process to select new vendors 📍Oversee financial crimes transaction monitoring technical activities 📍Oversee quality assurance checks on compliance-related features 📍Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions from a compliance/risk POV. 📍Developing/Defining business processes that help streamline product development

What you will need…

📍8+ years experience in a role(s) that directly supervised financial crimes technologies 📍Proven ability to understand complex data solutions and systems integrations 📍Previous experience working with engineering and product teams to develop technology enhancements and new solutions 📍Previous experience performing data testing and model validation activities 📍Previous experience working with anti-money laundering compliance monitoring rules 📍Ability to independently manage complex technical projects and current business systems that require testing and maintenance 📍Working with G-Suite (docs & sheets) & Excel 📍Able to demonstrate alignment with MoonPay values 📍Ability to work in a remote environment 📍Belief to challenge the status quo 📍Comfortable at operating outside of one's comfort zone 📍Capable of Stakeholder management 📍Flexible & adaptable to the evolving needs of a fast-growing organization
