While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPreferably trained in Fireblocks and Chainalysis AML/ATF tools and experienced in using them šSet up AML/ATF systems in accordance with international laws and carry out daily transaction monitoring šEnsure the platformās activities comply with local and international crypto asset regulations šDevelop internal control and audit processes, identify operational risks, and implement control mechanisms šPerform legal risk assessments for Web3 activities such as token distribution, staking, airdrops, and in-game transactions šWork closely with KYC providers, legal consultants, tech teams, and senior management šOrganize training sessions and awareness programs to promote a compliance culture within the company
Qualifications
šBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field šMinimum 4 years of experience in Compliance and Internal Audit šAt least 2 years of experience in AML, KYC, or blockchain regulations šHands-on experience with tools such as Fireblocks, Chainalysis, or similar platforms šStrong technical understanding of blockchain technology, crypto exchanges, and tokenomics šKnowledge of local and international financial regulations, or a strong desire to develop in this field šExcellent documentation and organizational skills šAdvanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken šCAMS or equivalent international certifications are a plus
