What You’ll Be Doing

📍Implement product compliance review workflows, tracking SLAs, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensure appropriate documentation and audit trail. 📍Support the management and optimization of Compliance Risk Assessments by collecting inputs, preparing risk templates, and following up with product teams. 📍Develop and maintain compliance documentation, from process documentation to requirement mappings, escalation memos, and product review outcomes. 📍Assist in preparing materials for reporting to compliance governance forums and product compliance committees. 📍Monitor implementation of controls, support follow-ups on open issues or action items related to product compliance integration. 📍Work with Product and and Central Compliance teams to design and build KRIs 📍Act as a liaison between Product Compliance Managers and teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk, helping ensure alignment and timely resolution of requirements.

What We Look For

📍Experience in operations, risk management, legal operations, or project management, ideally within fintech, crypto, or consulting. 📍Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex workflows and documentation. 📍Familiarity with compliance or risk frameworks. 📍Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Excellent attention to detail, especially in documentation and communication. 📍Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership. 📍Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field.
