Responsibilities

📍Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices 📍Develop policies, procedures, controls and reporting to comply with regulatory requirements; provide training programs to foster Phantom’s compliance culture 📍Manage relationships with third-party compliance vendors 📍Provide compliance advice in connection with new product development 📍Oversee Sanctions and UK Financial Promotions compliance programs

Qualifications

📍Bachelors degree in business, finance law or a related field 📍7+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within financial services, fintech or crypto industries 📍Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs 📍Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, BSA, Global Sanctions, etc. 📍Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and develop effective compliance strategies 📍Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
