Job Summary
What you will do:
šEnsuring the company complies and operates according to the required legal and regulatory requirements. šProvide day-to-day support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance and Tech teams; šManage the companyās relationships with industry regulators and other actors and respond to regulatory inquiries. šDraft, review and implementation of business practices, internal policies and procedures manuals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. šMonitor regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the company is aware of changes in laws and regulations. šConduct regular compliance audits to identify any gaps in compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. šTrain employees on compliance policies and procedures and ensure they are up-to-date with any changes in laws and regulations. šCollaborate with other departments, including HR, legal and IT, to develop and implement effective compliance programs. šManage and oversee internal investigations related to compliance issues. šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations and trade groups. šAssist with the development of internal controls to identify, measure, and manage risks. šPerform other duties as deemed necessary.
What you will bring:
šBachelor's degree in business, finance, law or related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance or a related field is preferred. š Experience drafting and reviewing policies and internal procedures manuals. šExperience conducting compliance audits and investigations.
