Job Summary

What you will do:

šŸ“Ensuring the company complies and operates according to the required legal and regulatory requirements. šŸ“Provide day-to-day support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance and Tech teams; šŸ“Manage the companyā€™s relationships with industry regulators and other actors and respond to regulatory inquiries. šŸ“Draft, review and implementation of business practices, internal policies and procedures manuals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. šŸ“Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the company is aware of changes in laws and regulations. šŸ“Conduct regular compliance audits to identify any gaps in compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. šŸ“Train employees on compliance policies and procedures and ensure they are up-to-date with any changes in laws and regulations. šŸ“Collaborate with other departments, including HR, legal and IT, to develop and implement effective compliance programs. šŸ“Manage and oversee internal investigations related to compliance issues. šŸ“Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations and trade groups. šŸ“Assist with the development of internal controls to identify, measure, and manage risks. šŸ“Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

What you will bring:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance or a related field is preferred. šŸ“ Experience drafting and reviewing policies and internal procedures manuals. šŸ“Experience conducting compliance audits and investigations.
