What you'll do

📍Lead compliance oversight for critical Employee Conduct programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Code of Ethics, and Personal Trading Compliance. 📍Manage the Whistleblower and Conflicts of Interest Programs, ensuring effective governance, reporting mechanisms, and follow-up processes. 📍Monitor Gifts and Entertainment Policy Compliance, enforcing controls to prevent conflicts of interest and regulatory breaches. 📍Oversee compliance training programs to ensure employees are informed of policies, regulations, and ethical obligations. 📍Prepare and deliver reports for leadership, providing insights into compliance activities, risks, and policy effectiveness. 📍Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to enhance regulatory alignment and drive compliance best practices. 📍Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively adjust policies and training programs to maintain compliance readiness.

About you

📍5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory risk, or governance oversight in financial services, fintech, or crypto industries. 📍Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), whistleblower governance, and consumer protection policies. 📍Strong experience in policy development, risk assessment, and enforcement of compliance controls. 📍Proven ability to design and execute compliance training and awareness programs. 📍 Experience managing compliance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership. 📍Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, risk, and business teams.
