Key Responsibilities:

📍Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends. 📍Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights. 📍Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers (CMs) to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events. 📍Keep our organizational tool, Notion, current with all upcoming events and announcements. 📍Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization. 📍Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance and direction efficiently. 📍Track and report on community OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align with overall organizational goals. 📍Work closely with our Aptos Collective manager by tracking ambassador engagement and related metrics, then using this data to provide weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

📍Proven experience in community management, operations, or a similar role. 📍Strong analytical skills, with experience in data tracking and report generation. 📍Proficient in using tools like Notion for organizational management. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams. 📍Highly proactive and able to identify new opportunities for improvement without being prompted. 📍Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 📍Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
