Responsibilities

📍Ambassador Program Management: Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of Sahara AI’s ambassador program. 📍Community Engagement: Foster communication and engagement with ambassadors on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. 📍Event Coordination: Assist with organizing ambassador-led events, such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community activities. 📍 Collection: Gather ambassador feedback and share it with the Lead Community Manager for actionable insights. 📍Collaboration: Coordinate with moderators and the community team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. 📍Reporting: Monitor and report on program performance, including ambassador activity and community engagement metrics. 📍Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to ensure ambassadors have the necessary resources to share high-quality UGC. 📍Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and community members to ensure alignment with program goals.

Basic Qualifications

📍1–2 years of experience in community operations or program coordination. 📍Strong communication and organizational skills. 📍Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks independently and with minimal training. 📍Networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. 📍Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, and basic video editing software. 📍General understanding of Web3, blockchain, and AI technologies. 📍Familiarity with Discord and Telegram platforms. 📍Creativity and a knack for staying on top of emerging trends in digital communities.
