Job Summary
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
šEnsure that team members have ample touch points across various channels, including our intranet, email, and Slack, while continuously refining our internal communications strategy to enhance engagement and clarity.
šOwn and manage our intranet, ensuring it's a central hub for all things Swyftx, keeping everyone in the loop with the latest company updates.
šManage and maintain an internal communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and alignment with organisational priorities.
šSupport on daily media monitoring and reporting to the business
Draft and distribute media releases, statements, and briefing notes as needed.
šBuild and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the crypto sectors.
šResearch, identify, and manage our calendar for key industry awards and individual recognition opportunities.
šLead the preparation and submission of compelling award applications that showcase Swyftx's achievements and innovation.
šProvide communication support for internal and external events as needed, including drafting event materials, coordinating messaging, and assisting with logistics.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
šDemonstrated experience in a communications role, with a strong focus on internal communications.
