We're hiring an experienced Web3 QA Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
šTechnical Leadership & Strategy Development: Provide direction and vision for the engineering teams, ensuring technical strategies are aligned with product goals. šStructural Overview & Execution Plan: Lead execution effort plan, addressing technical challenges, and steering projects towards Engineering key milestones. šTechnical Decision-Making: Possess the authority to make critical decisions on technical execution plans. šHands-On Involvement: Actively participate in feature building and product development, balancing leadership with direct technical contribution. šTeam Mentorship & Development: Offer mentorship and guidance, cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence. šCross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, to integrate with technical engineering objectives with company-wide goals. šTechnical Communication & Documentation: Concisely articulate complex technical requirements to cross-functional teams and maintain clear, detailed architectural documentation for internal and external clarity. šCustomer Solution Development: Contribute in crafting and implementing Customer-centric solutions, focusing on unique customer needs and contribute to the technical implementation plan beyond the standard product roadmap. šTrusted Technical Advisor: Serve as a reliable technical consultant for both customers and the internal sales team, identifying unseen opportunities in our software capabilities. šProduct Change Oversight: Contribute to, mentor, and review product change proposals, upholding architectural quality.
About You
šProven experience in technical leadership, ideally in blockchain or similar fields. šExceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities. šExcellent communication skills and adept at team management. šProficient in bridging technical and non-technical domains. šAt least 3 years of professional experience in architecture and systems design, demonstrating a proven track record of complex project management. šDeep understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and practices, with an ability to apply this knowledge in varied project environments. šDemonstrable experience in scaling high-availability distributed systems, ensuring robust and efficient operations.
