Job Summary
Responsibilities
šSupport the procurement process from vendor onboarding to vendor payment for all BCDC. šCollaborate with HR and Finance to track and manage headcount and financial budgets. šAssist in the execution of operating rhythms (All Hands meetings, ops reviews, etc.) to ensure effective communication, partnerships, and delivery. šOversee internal communications to enhance employee engagement. šCreate, manage, and maintain specific communications and cadences as needed. šBuild productive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence. šBuild consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. šProvide strategic, tactical, financial, operational, analytical, and team management support for a wide variety of business planning and operations functions. šWork with Product, Engineering, BD, Finance, HR, and other partner teams to understand challenges, discover insights, create opportunities for synergies, and implement solutions to manage and grow our business. šStreamline and automate existing processes and recommend improvements as needed. šDemonstrate a strong process orientation with the ability to define and document new or improved business planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
š2+ years of experience in relevant roles in technology, strategy, business planning and analysis, project/program management, or crypto management. šA high level of energy, flexibility, a perpetual enthusiasm to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. šStrong verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. šExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills. šAbility to influence stakeholders š[Preferred] Demonstrated understanding of project management and process improvement.
