Job Summary
As a Cognyter you will:
šManage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development team. šSupervise all automation infrastructure development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and CI/CD processes. šBuild from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processes. šMentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unit. šCollaborate closely with global development and QA teams, product owners, architects and system integration engineers to identify and solve challenging problems.
Requirements
Your toolbox šBSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent. šAt least 3 yearsā experience as a R&D manager/TL. šExtensive background professional experience with server-side and technologies in high-performance complex systems. šBasic understanding of client-side development. šWorking in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive environment. šIn-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows).
