Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Brand Strategy and Positioning: šŸ“Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and the creative team to define and refine brand strategies and positioning for our agency and our clients. šŸ“Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for brand development and differentiation. šŸ“Develop brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all marketing touchpoints. šŸ“Marketing Campaigns and Collateral: šŸ“Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging. šŸ“Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing materials, content, and assets that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences. šŸ“Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, videos, and presentations. šŸ“Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships: šŸ“Identify and evaluate strategic brand partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and target new audiences. šŸ“Manage relationships with external partners, negotiate sponsorship agreements, and oversee the execution of collaborative marketing initiatives. šŸ“Monitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimization and future collaborations. šŸ“Content Creation and Storytelling: šŸ“Create engaging and persuasive brand narratives that convey our agency's and our clients' unique value propositions. šŸ“Develop and curate high-quality content for various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters, to drive brand engagement and thought leadership. šŸ“Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all content touchpoints. šŸ“Brand Performance Tracking and Analysis: šŸ“Utilize data and analytics to track brand performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. šŸ“Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement. šŸ“Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous brand enhancement.

Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. šŸ“Proven experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related role. šŸ“Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and campaign development. šŸ“Exceptional creativity and storytelling abilities, with a passion for building impactful brands. šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. šŸ“Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. šŸ“Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. šŸ“Deep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus

Minimum Experience:

šŸ“5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
