Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Lead and mentor a team of blockchain security researchers, fostering innovation and collaboration. 📍Find and analyze exploits in compilers, dApps, smart contracts, and blockchain networks. 📍Develop tools for detecting and preventing attacks in blockchain ecosystems. 📍Conduct deep forensic analysis of blockchain transactions, logs, and smart contract behaviors to understand attack vectors. 📍Stay up to date with blockchain threat intelligence, emerging vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques. 📍Design tailored security solutions for dApps, protocols, and critical network components. 📍Proactively enhance security monitoring and threat detection for identified attacks. 📍Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to improve security posture. 📍Drive security research initiatives and contribute to industry-wide best practices.
Requirements
The right candidate: 📍Has at least 3 years of experience leading security teams, defining technical direction, and driving security strategies. 📍Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in security research. 📍Has deep knowledge of low-level security vulnerabilities, exploit development, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies. 📍Experience in programming languages (Python, Rust, C++, or similar) 📍Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
