Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead and mentor a team of blockchain security researchers, fostering innovation and collaboration. šFind and analyze exploits in compilers, dApps, smart contracts, and blockchain networks. šDevelop tools for detecting and preventing attacks in blockchain ecosystems. šConduct deep forensic analysis of blockchain transactions, logs, and smart contract behaviors to understand attack vectors. šStay up to date with blockchain threat intelligence, emerging vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques. šDesign tailored security solutions for dApps, protocols, and critical network components. šProactively enhance security monitoring and threat detection for identified attacks. šCollaborate with product, development, and security teams to improve security posture. šDrive security research initiatives and contribute to industry-wide best practices.
Requirements
The right candidate: šHas at least 3 years of experience leading security teams, defining technical direction, and driving security strategies. šHas at least 5 years of hands-on experience in security research. šHas deep knowledge of low-level security vulnerabilities, exploit development, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies. šExperience in programming languages (Python, Rust, C++, or similar) šProactive mindset with strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
