Responsibilities

📍Define and evolve backend service standards, paved paths, and shared libraries. 📍Deliver high-performing CI/CD pipelines and secure, cost-efficient runtime infrastructure. 📍Advance Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and reliability practices across the org. 📍Oversee scalable, reliable data infrastructure aligned with product needs. 📍Drive platform adoption through enablement, training, and cross-functional partnerships. 📍Build and mentor a high-performing, inclusive team. 📍Align priorities, influence roadmaps, and ensure execution of strategic objectives.

Qualifications

📍3+ years of engineering management, leading platform/infra teams of 5–10+ engineers. 📍Proven ownership of CI/CD, Kubernetes (EKS or similar), and IaC (Terraform or Pulumi) in production. 📍Strong distributed‑systems and operations fundamentals, with SLO/SLI and incident response leadership. 📍Excellent written communication and stakeholder management; proven ability to influence without authority. 📍Security & compliance awareness (e.g., IAM, secrets management, change controls).
