Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities:

📍Handling the team of 1 or 2 members which includes the daily operations management without any client escalations. 📍You will be responsible for daily custody operations with zero escalations. 📍You will be responsible for end of the day reconciliation of the client portfolio. 📍You will be responsible for sending daily updated transaction summary/reports to the client. 📍Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management, board members, and regulatory authorities. 📍Develop and implement financial policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 📍Manage and oversee the financial operations of the client, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. 📍Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, such as banks and payment processors. 📍Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining all financial records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. 📍Assist and support the internal and external audits. 📍Critical review of findings or significant areas in the financial reports - raise questions involving accounting principles, auditing standards, accounting standards and firm policies.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 📍Between 4 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the financial services industry. Must be at team lead or deputy manager level in the current role. 📍Should have the people management, stakeholder management experience. 📍Flexible working hours, ready to work on rotational weekoff. Work from the office only for 6 days. Working on public holidays. 📍Experience with cash reconciliation, trade processing, financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. 📍Understanding of digital assets along with blockchain technology. 📍Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and other departments. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail. 📍Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
