Job Summary
In this role, you will…
📍Build highly scalable Ads system that handles all aspects of running an online advertising system and helps sellers differentiate themselves on Whatnot 📍Focus on the web-based aspects of ad flows and the ad dashboard, with occasional backend work 📍Maintain web apps, develop new features and potentially work around infrastructure. 📍Understand our buyer and seller experiences and become an expert in helping them effectively scale their business through ads & monetization products 📍Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Kraków, Poland hub.

Thinks about users first and cares about building intuitive, high-impact products 📍Can take a project from idea to launch, shipping features quickly while maintaining quality 📍Enjoy taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from start to finish 📍Learn new technologies quickly and is excited to grow in a fast-paced environment 📍An excellent problem solver and don’t need to be told exactly what to do 📍(Nice to have) Has exposure to ads systems, infrastructure, or international commerce
