What you'll be doing:

📍Collaborate with other engineers to analyze, optimize, and re-design components of the Move VM to improve its performance and scalability. 📍Create benchmarks and identify performance bottlenecks of the Move VM. 📍Implement security measures to protect the Move VM from potential vulnerabilities. 📍Write clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews for other team members.

What we're looking for:

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with background in compilers, performance optimization, concurrency or related fields. Graduates as well as experienced developers will be considered. 📍Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, C++, or similar, with a strong understanding of systems programming. 📍You have experience working with or are excited to learn about virtual machines, bytecode interpreters, code generation, memory management, parallel transaction execution and performance engineering. 📍Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. 📍Being ready to take ownership of projects, and ensuring their end-to-end delivery.
