Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs. 📍Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform ad strategies. 📍Develop comprehensive advertising plans for Google Ads and Meta platforms, aligned with specific campaign goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales). 📍Utilise keyword research tools to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for Google Ads campaigns. 📍Craft clear and concise creative briefs that outline campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and desired creative direction. 📍Manage ad budgets effectively, optimising campaigns for performance and maximising ROAS. 📍Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results. 📍Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online advertising. 📍Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy. 📍Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad creatives that resonate with our target audience. 📍Oversee the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience. 📍Monitor and analyse ad performance, optimising campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets..

Requirements

📍Experience with online advertising management (Google Ads and/or Meta platforms) 📍Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective advertising campaigns 📍Strong understanding of online advertising concepts, including PPC, bidding strategies, and ad formats 📍Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights 📍Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs) 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
