Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Payment Handling: Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time to suppliers and vendors. 📍Account Reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of transactions. Vendor Relations: Main point of contact for vendors, address billing inquiries, disputes, and payment statuses with vendors. 📍Month-End Procedures: Assist in year-end and month-end closing processes. 📍Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
📍Industry: MUST HAVE OIL/GAS EXPERIENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS. 📍Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 📍Experience: Experience in processing expense reports. 📍Compliance: Background in maintaining compliance with international policies and various tax laws.
