Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤPayment Handling: Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time to suppliers and vendors. đź“ŤAccount Reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of transactions. Vendor Relations: Main point of contact for vendors, address billing inquiries, disputes, and payment statuses with vendors. đź“ŤMonth-End Procedures: Assist in year-end and month-end closing processes. đź“ŤRegulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
đź“ŤIndustry: MUST HAVE OIL/GAS EXPERIENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS. đź“ŤEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. đź“ŤExperience: Experience in processing expense reports. đź“ŤCompliance: Background in maintaining compliance with international policies and various tax laws.
