You Will:

📍Manage accounts payables and vendor relationships including reviewing vendor invoices and preparing payment based on obtaining the appropriate approvals. 📍Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, crypto inventory, balance sheet, card transactions and other financial data and investigate discrepancies. 📍Assist with maintaining general ledger, delivering monthly, quarterly and annual financial close procedures. 📍Support with documenting and improving accounting processes and internal controls. Help with identifying more effective ways to complete routine tasks. 📍Assist with preparation of provincial, federal and regulatory reporting requirements. 📍Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate. 📍Participate in special projects.

Must have

📍Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field 📍Enrolled or in the process of enrolling in the CPA program 📍Strong time management skills with strong attention to detail 📍Proficient in Google Office, Microsoft Excel and advanced ERPs
