Job Summary
In this role, you'll:
šManage ~dozen key accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive account plan šLead our enterprise prospectsā journeys from consideration to succesful deployment šPartner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects šOwn a consumption revenue target šManage consumption revenue forecasts šAnalyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders šClosely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, partners, etc.) to contribute to product roadmap and other corporate strategies šCollaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering šSupport the recruitment and onboarding of other teammates šSupport the development of company culture
We're seeking someone with experience including:
š7+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service šNative-level Japanese language proficiency. šAchieving revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 3 years šDesigning and executing complex deal strategies šSupporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies šWorking directly with c-level executives šCommunicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders šLeading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.) šGathering, distilling, and processing complex market (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligence
