Key Responsibilities:

📍Leadership and Team Development: 📍Lead, inspire, hire and grow our Engineering and Product teams, building a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. 📍Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members at all levels, ensuring high performance and a focus on shipping fast. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align product and engineering efforts with business objectives. 📍Strategic Product Roadmap & Innovation: 📍Work with the executive team to define and execute a strategic product roadmap across Checkouts and Trading, that aligns with Helio's mission and market opportunities. 📍Prioritize product features and enhancements that drive customer success, and expand platform capabilities. 📍Technical Leadership and Execution: 📍Oversee the architecture and scalability of Helio’s product suite, including developer APIs, trading, and checkout solutions. 📍Champion best practices in engineering processes, from ideation and architecture to testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and security. 📍Ensure engineering excellence, from product design to post-launch support, delivering innovative solutions that meet business goals.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

📍Proven experience (10+ years) in engineering and product leadership, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role within a fast-growing tech company. 📍A track record of scaling engineering and product teams in a high-growth environment, ideally in the Web3, fintech, or SaaS sectors. 📍Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, mission-critical products from concept through to execution and iteration.
