Position Summary
šHex Trust is looking to bring on a highly motivated operations expert with experience in crypto traditional finance operations and middle office functions, who is eager to transition and expand their expertise within the fast-paced and evolving cryptocurrency brokerage sector. The role demands a candidate who can merge conventional financial operations knowledge with the nuances of the crypto market, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
šOversee transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement for both crypto and traditional financial instruments. šFacilitate the smooth transition of clients from traditional finance to crypto asset trading with comprehensive operational support. šEngage in client onboarding, conduct thorough KYC and AML due diligence in compliance with crypto-specific regulatory standards. šHandle client queries and resolve account issues, drawing on experience from traditional finance customer service. šWork closely with compliance to adapt and enforce traditional financial regulations within the crypto trading framework. šUpdate and maintain operational procedures and documentation, incorporating best practices from traditional finance. šLiaise with external partners, including banks and financial institutions, to ensure seamless integration of services. šParticipate in projects to improve operational efficiency and the client experience, leveraging knowledge from a traditional finance background.
