Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Drive overall organic traffic growth for international markets. šŸ“Lead and strategize content marketing efforts, conduct SEO analysis, and provide actionable recommendations. šŸ“Focus on attracting quality organic traffic and increasing conversions through organic channels. šŸ“Collaborate with Technology, Product, Content, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure comprehensive task completion. šŸ“Perform regular, detailed keyword research to expand organic reach, conduct competitive benchmarking, and develop targeted keyword sets. šŸ“Lead data analysis on SEO to derive actionable insights for continuous optimization. šŸ“Analyze SEO reports, synthesize data, interpret insights, and create actionable plans. šŸ“Conduct competitor backlink analysis and recommend internal and external linking strategies. šŸ“Perform comprehensive technical site audits for desktop and mobile, identifying gaps and driving optimization plans. šŸ“Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels. šŸ“Measure, track, and optimize engagement throughout the customer journey to accelerate sales efforts and increase UCC. šŸ“Set up goal tracking and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics to measure user interactions, conversions, and ROI from organic search traffic.

Requirements

šŸ“3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving strong organic growth across multiple brands consistently. šŸ“Prior experience in the fintech competitive landscape is a plus. šŸ“Deep understanding of the SEO lifecycle, including: šŸ“On-Page SEO: Meta tags, website interlinking, breadcrumbs, URL optimization, image optimization. šŸ“Link Analysis: Tracking and managing link quality to prevent spamming. šŸ“Keyword Research & Tracking: Identifying new opportunities and monitoring performance. šŸ“Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Google Search Console, Moz, Semrush, and Excel for reporting, along with internal reporting tools.
