Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDrive overall organic traffic growth for international markets. šLead and strategize content marketing efforts, conduct SEO analysis, and provide actionable recommendations. šFocus on attracting quality organic traffic and increasing conversions through organic channels. šCollaborate with Technology, Product, Content, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure comprehensive task completion. šPerform regular, detailed keyword research to expand organic reach, conduct competitive benchmarking, and develop targeted keyword sets. šLead data analysis on SEO to derive actionable insights for continuous optimization. šAnalyze SEO reports, synthesize data, interpret insights, and create actionable plans. šConduct competitor backlink analysis and recommend internal and external linking strategies. šPerform comprehensive technical site audits for desktop and mobile, identifying gaps and driving optimization plans. šTest, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels. šMeasure, track, and optimize engagement throughout the customer journey to accelerate sales efforts and increase UCC. šSet up goal tracking and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics to measure user interactions, conversions, and ROI from organic search traffic.
Requirements
š3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving strong organic growth across multiple brands consistently. šPrior experience in the fintech competitive landscape is a plus. šDeep understanding of the SEO lifecycle, including: šOn-Page SEO: Meta tags, website interlinking, breadcrumbs, URL optimization, image optimization. šLink Analysis: Tracking and managing link quality to prevent spamming. šKeyword Research & Tracking: Identifying new opportunities and monitoring performance. šProficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Google Search Console, Moz, Semrush, and Excel for reporting, along with internal reporting tools.
