What You'll Do

📍Build, lead and hire a team of Fullstack engineers from scratch. 📍Create and launch advanced threat detection solutions to address non-human identity compromises, user attestation, and anomaly detection. 📍Become a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with Product, Research, Design, and Data teams to deliver new products from concept to launch. 📍Partner with strategic customers and the Fireblocks sales team to ensure the product meets real-world needs.

What You'll Bring

📍3+ years of experience as an R&D team lead at a cybersecurity company - must 📍4+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, research, or cyber operations - must 📍Proven experience in building teams and developing products from the ground up. 📍Experience in Full-Stack development with Node.js, TypeScript and ReactJS building scalable applications in a cloud environment - highly preferred. 📍Strong proficiency in designing and implementing backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrating cloud-native solutions 📍Extensive background and experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat detection methodologies, tools, and techniques.
