Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):
📍Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration. 📍Define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing. 📍Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs. 📍Establish best practices for QA processes and continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality. 📍Work closely with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and ensure proper validation of new functionalities. 📍Manage bug tracking and reporting processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects. 📍Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize execution in cloud-based environments. 📍Stay updated with blockchain and fintech QA trends, security vulnerabilities, and best practices. 📍Communicate QA metrics, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):
📍5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role; preferably in fintech, blockchain, or security-focused industries. 📍Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies. 📍Deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. 📍Experience with API testing tools and scripting languages. 📍Knowledge of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. 📍Hands-on experience with performance testing tools.
