Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Define and lead QA strategy and best practices across web and mobile products 📍Design and maintain robust test plans and test cases for new features and regression coverage 📍Lead execution of manual and automated testing across platforms and releases 📍Own defect lifecycle management, from discovery to resolution, using tools such as Jira 📍Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is built into every release 📍Support testing of critical fintech features including wallet integration, payments, KYC, and Solana blockchain-based transactions 📍Validate release builds and hotfixes, including edge cases and production scenarios 📍Monitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics 📍Mentor and support junior QA testers or external contributors 📍Lead post-release reviews and recommend improvements for future cycles
Qualifications
📍4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech, blockchain, or regulated environment 📍Deep understanding of testing practices across web and mobile platforms 📍Proficiency with QA and dev tools: Jira, Postman, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, etc. 📍Experience with or exposure to automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Playwright) 📍Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies 📍Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 📍High attention to detail, especially in customer-facing financial products 📍Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team
