Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Strategic Project Management: šŸ“Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s strategic priorities. šŸ“Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. šŸ“Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners. šŸ“Program Development and Execution: šŸ“Design and execute programs that drive technical stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. šŸ“Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. šŸ“Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of programs. šŸ“Tech Stability and Operational Efficiency: šŸ“Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence. šŸ“Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity. šŸ“Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance system reliability and scalability. šŸ“Revenue Growth Initiatives: šŸ“Work closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth. šŸ“Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and program development. šŸ“Lead the implementation of new revenue-generating products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. šŸ“Stakeholder Management: šŸ“Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. šŸ“Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project and program status, risks, and outcomes. šŸ“Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred. šŸ“3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the technology or financial services industry. šŸ“Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders. šŸ“Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives.
