Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Project Management: šLead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the companyās strategic priorities. šDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. šEnsure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners. šProgram Development and Execution: šDesign and execute programs that drive technical stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. šContinuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. šEstablish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of programs. šTech Stability and Operational Efficiency: šCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence. šIdentify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity. šDrive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance system reliability and scalability. šRevenue Growth Initiatives: šWork closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth. šAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and program development. šLead the implementation of new revenue-generating products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. šStakeholder Management: šAct as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. šProvide regular updates to senior leadership on project and program status, risks, and outcomes. šFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred. š3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the technology or financial services industry. šProven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders. šStrong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives.
