Responsibilities

📍Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts 📍Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. 📍Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc) 📍Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients. 📍Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes. 📍Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business. 📍Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

📍Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably 📍A strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities. 📍Proven track record in building and managing client relationships. 📍Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology. 📍Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment. 📍Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 📍Ability to speak the local language. Fluency in English is required.
