Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šEnsure maximum uptime for production systems using real time monitoring. šProvide level 1 and 2 application and client support. šWork closely with Development, Quant and Infrastructure teams to investigate and solve system issues. šContinuous monitoring of application alerts to ensure systems are running optimally. šMaintain and enforce good quality internal documentation. šPerform weekly support duties checklists. šEnd to end ownership of client reported issues to resolution. šEnd user desktop support for internal staff.
Required Skills and experience:
šA self starter - able to take and own a problem and, by seeking assistance where needed, follow it through to resolution. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šPrevious experience with programming/scripting languages is preferred. šA problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
