Job Summary

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

📍Data Strategy and Analytics: 📍Design and implement people analytics strategies to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and more. 📍Build dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time, actionable 📍Use data to support decisions around hiring, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. HRIS Management: 📍Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling, managing system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations. 📍Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business. 📍Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure teams can effectively utilize Greenhouse. 📍Process Optimization and Project Management: 📍Lead projects to improve HR processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and an improved employee experience. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a holistic view of workforce data.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field. 📍3-5 years of experience in people analytics, HRIS management, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or finance environment. 📍Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a deep understanding of system administration, configuration, and integration. 📍Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. 📍Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR and best practices in data governance. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear, impactful recommendations. 📍A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
