Job Summary
As our HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
📍Supporting payroll and benefits administration 📍Reconciling pay runs and ensuring accuracy in data 📍Analysing payments and fixing any discrepancies 📍Managing employee records and maintaining our HRIS database 📍Preparing employee contracts and letters 📍Paying staff invoices 📍Preparing HR reports and running analytics 📍Managing and updating policies 📍Assisting with adhoc HR projects and initiatives
Our ideal candidate will have:
📍2-3 years of experience in HR administration 📍Strong organisational and multitasking skills 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 📍Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems 📍Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality 📍Degree in HR or Finance (highly regarded)
