Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities
📍Coordinate Recruitment Activities: 📍Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared. 📍Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information. 📍Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. 📍Manage Recruitment Systems: 📍Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. 📍Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms. 📍Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: 📍Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed 📍Handle the onboarding and offboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating internal accesses. 📍Ensure newly joined employees are added to the company group health insurance. 📍People Operations Tasks: 📍Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, appraisal letters etc 📍Create and manage Employee Records, including leaves being updated on HRMS 📍Manage payroll and other people operation
What are we looking for
📍Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field 📍3-4 years of hands-on experience at a fast paced workplace 📍High result orientation, hands-on with high productivity & an eye for detail 📍Expertise in HR operations across payroll, employee relations, HR policies and compliance 📍Technology Proficiency: Utilize applicant tracking systems, HRMS tools, along with proficiency in communication tools like Slack.
