Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of staff for various roles in the construction sector. 📍Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure legal compliance. 📍Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes. 📍Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals. 📍Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. 📍Handle payroll administration, benefits management, and employee welfare initiatives. 📍Ensure compliance with local labor laws and health and safety regulations. 📍Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement
Requirements
📍Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the construction industry. 📍Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. 📍Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
