Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
📍Proven experience as a recruiter, within the Garment Manufacturing Industry 📍Experience in recruiting tailors and other factory workers. 📍Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques; 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; 📍Ability to assess candidates effectively and maintain a strong candidate experience; 📍Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously; 📍Passion for the apparel industry and staying updated on industry trends.
